The Last of Us Part I is a comprehensive remake of Naughty Dog's landmark 2013 cinematic post-apocalyptic masterpiece, published by PlayStation Publishing LLC. Rebuilt using Naughty Dog's latest PS5 and PC engine technology, the game features modernized gameplay feel, upgraded enemy AI, photorealistic facial performance, and expanded accessibility options.
Set twenty years after a parasitic Cordyceps fungal pandemic decimated human civilization, the narrative follows Joel, a hardened smuggler hired to escort fourteen-year-old Ellie out of an oppressive military quarantine zone. What begins as a routine job transforms into a profound, brutal journey across a ruined American continent populated by infected Clickers and desperate human survivors.
Featuring the complete base game alongside the celebrated prequel chapter Left Behind, The Last of Us Part I represents the definitive edition of one of gaming's greatest emotional narratives.
